Reactor

A reactor is an enclosed volume in which a chemical reaction takes place. In chemical engineering, it is generally understood to be a process vessel used to carry out a chemical reaction, which is one of the classic unit operations in chemical process analysis.

Conventional jacketed reactors is commonly used for small capacity reactor. The external shell wrapped around the vessel as a jacket. We add baffles for the better heat transfer.

We also provide dimple jacketed reactor.Dimple jacket provided better heat transfer.

Storage tanks

Storage tanks are used for various industries for the storage application. Storage vessels are of various configurations.

Storage tanks are available in many shapes: vertical and horizontal cylindrical; open top and closed top; flat bottom, cone bottom, slope bottom and dish bottom. Large tanks tend to be vertical cylindrical, or to have rounded corners transition from vertical side wall to bottom profile, to easier withstand hydraulic hydrostatically induced pressure of contained liquid.

The material of construction (MOC) is depending upon the material to be store and operation condition.

Some storage tanks need a floating roof in addition to or in lieu of the fixed roof and structure. This floating roof rises and falls with the liquid level inside the tank, thereby decreasing the vapor space above the liquid level. Floating roofs are considered a safety requirement as well as a pollution prevention measure for many industries including petroleum refining.
