We do continue servicing our clients even after handing over of the plant, in fact, even after Defect Liability is over. The Plant equipment and machinery, no matter how efficientlyit runs and despite checks and counter checks it is bound to experience few glitches during operation and requires repairs or replacement. We do not want our clients to be inconvenienced even for few minutes since stoppage of plant for few hours would cost them dearly. We are just a call away when such an exigency arises and we immediately depute our technical representatives to address the issue and sort it out.
