Heat exchanger

Heat exchanger is used for transferring heat from one medium to another. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes. The fluids may be separated by a solid wall to prevent mixing or they may be in direct contact. We manufacture high efficiency heat exchangers as per the application and customer requirement.

here are three primary classifications of heat exchangers according to their flow arrangement.

In parallel-flow heat exchangers, the two fluids enter the exchanger at the same end, and travel in parallel to one another to the other side.

In counter-flow heat exchangers the fluids enter the exchanger from opposite ends. The counter current design is the most efficient, in that it can transfer the most heat from the heat (transfer) medium per unit mass since the average temperature difference along any unit length is higher.

Agitators

Agitators are used in industries that process products in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, in a view of:

  • mixing liquids together
  • promote the reactions of chemical substances
  • keeping homogeneous liquid bulk during storage
  • increase heat transfer (heating or cooling)

They are devices used to stir or mix fluids, liquids specifically. Depends on the application Agitator are of top entry ,bottom entry or side entry type. The agitator seection is depends upon fluid properties and duty condiiton. Most common material are stainless steel grade.Materila like titanium ,Duplex ,nickel can also be offered.

Pressure Vessel

A pressure vessel is a container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure.

Pressure vessel are the Important equipment of the process Industry. Many critical reactions take place in the closed pressure vessel at requirement temperature and pressure.

Pressure vessel needs to be carefully designed and manufactured as some of reactions are explosive in nature. Design involves parameters such as maximum safe operating pressure and temperature, safety factor, corrosion allowance and minimum design temperature. Construction is tested using non destructive testing, such as ultrasonic testing, radiography, and pressure tests.
