State of the Art Workshop

Located at MIDC, Bhosari, in Pune, our manufacturing facility is capable of undertaking fabrication exceeding 5000 Tonnes per year. The facility is based on advanced technology and is equipped for fabricating heavy columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, condensers, and reboilers in copper, mild steel, stainless steel, and other exotic materials

Top Notch Design & Engineering

The Design & Engineering office is housed in exclusive 2500 sq. ft. of area and currently employees 45 engineers from top engineering institutes in process engineering, mechanical, project management, electrical and instrumentation functions. The technical team possesses expertise in Design Analysis and Detailed Engineering of Critical Process Equipment as per International and Indian Codes of Practice and standards including ASME, TEMA, IS, API. The team has large experience in the design and manufacture of equipment in Duplex Stainless Steel, Haste alloy and other exotic materials.

Marketing Offices

In order to cater to the growing demand of Indian and Overseas market we have established offices in Delhi, Chennai and also in Ethiopia

Quality Management System

We have been maintaining ISO 9001 accreditation since 2015. Quality Management is maintained and adhered to at the company as well as project locations. The company has well established Quality Assurance Plan, which allows the company to ensure its clients’ requirements.

SSEPL strives to achieve zero accident policy, at the workshop and all project locations. We, at our workshop, offices, and project sites,

ERP System

In order to achieve effective and timely project implementation, the Company has implemented SAP Software programme, which helps control cost, data analysis for procurement, project management & execution and maintain documentation and information at the company headquarters and its project locations. Similarly, design & engineering practices are supported by CAD software packages and engineering tools, many of which are compatible with clients’ in-house systems. Further we also have been using sophisticated 3 dimensional modelling and 2 dimensional draughting systems.
