A Chemical Engineer, Mr. Madhav Ugile has handled several projects successfully in the past for reputed clients in India and overseas. His zest for entrepreneurship drew him to start his own venture, SSEPL Techno Private Limited, where he shares his vision to establish the company as ‘Globally Acclaimed Technology Solutions Provider’ in providing sustainable clean technology capable of using different feedstocks. Being a chemical engineer, he possesses over 20 years of experience in Design & Engineering, Project Planning & Execution continuous process plants like Distillery, Amines etc. He is actively involved in all the design aspects of process plants and provides valuable inputs in unit operations like Multi Pressure Distillation, Evaporation, drying,etc

Mr. Vilas Pawar

An Alcohol Technologist & an MBA in marketing, Mr. Vilas Pawar’s experience spans over 38 years in Alcohol & allied chemical sector & he has been instrumental in introducing innovative processes while setting up several alcohol projects during his tenure with leading companies in this sector. Acknowledging his huge contribution to the alcohol industry he was invited in 2014 to join the board of Shri Samarth Engineering & presently heading Sales & Marketing team.
Mr. Vilas Pawar has expertise on the process engineering nuances and contributes immensely to the design aspects of the process plants. Having executed more than 80 plants he possesses huge experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, operation and project management for alcohol industries, its by-products and effluent treatment plant.

Mr. Kanchan Kumar Shewale Patil

Mr. Kanchan Kumar Shewale Patil is a seasoned professional with a postgraduate degree in Management and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. With 30 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, and Project Management, he has held senior managerial positions at several multinational companies, including Sterlite-Vedanta, Mitsubishi, and Suzlon. Mr. Shewale Patil brings significant value to SSEPL Techno Pvt Ltd with his expertise in project procurement, planning, and execution for both domestic and international projects, utilizing modern management tools. His hands-on experience in Operations, Global Sourcing & Business Management plays a pivotal role in the company's overall progress.

Mr. Sunil K Sharma

Mr. Sunil K Sharma, a Mechanical Engineer with MBA in marketing has vast experience, in depth knowledge and strong analytical skills various aspects of marketing primarily catering to the process industry. He efficiently assures flawless operations of the group. Having worked in senior capacities in multi-national companies for more than 35 years he is well recognised figure in Distillery, Breweries, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverages business PAN India and overseas. He has seen all the phases of market and handled all the matters efficiently. He has exceptional leadership skills and outstanding commitment. He looks after the Policy, Vision and major part of the operational activities of the group.
